Plastic Recycling & Washing Line
General Purpose and Principle:
The purpose for this plastic recycling & washing line just for sorting out the PS and ABS from the e-waste(WEEE), and meanwhile obtaining copper, PVC and PET mixture, PP and PE mixture, dirty collection etc.
Fluid processing:
Water shaking table_pre-washing_granulator__water shaking table__PP/PE separator__PS separator__PVC and PET separator__drying__Automatic bagging
All the system without sullage drainage and with water treatment system can keep the water recycling use.
Main Equipments:
The main equipments of Plastic recycling & Washing Line containing as follows: Raw materials hopper, vibration feed conveyor, water shaking table, big spinner, screw conveyor, granulator, water treatment system, automatic bagging, dirty collection and separator etc. Also with touch screen PLC automatic control system.
