Plastic Recycling Granulator
General Purpose and Principle:
The main purpose of plastic recycling granulator is intent to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line, and also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper chips etc dirty collection, all the water recycling use in the washing line.
Fluid processing:
Baler prepare_debaler_sorting_shredding_labels and dirty separating_pre-washing_cap separating_hot-washing_cold washing_drying_Automatic bagging
The whole line without sullage disposal and provided with dirty collection system which to keep the workshop clean and clear.
Main Equipments:
The main equipments containing debaler, sorting table, granulator, pre-wash system, separator, spinner(dewater), automatic packing system, conveyor, screw conveyor, wind conveyor, water treatment system, dust collection system and electric control system etc.
