General Purpose and Principle:
The main purpose of PET Bottle Recycling Line is intent to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line, and also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper chips etc dirty collection, all the water recycling use in the washing line.

Baler prepare__debaler__sorting__shredding__labels and dirty separating__pre-washing__cap separating__hot-washing__cold washing__drying__Automatic bagging
The whole line without sullage disposal and provided with dirty collection system which to keep the workshop clean and clear.

The main equipments of PET Bottle Recycling Line containing debaler, sorting table, granulator, pre-wash system, separator, spinner(dewater), automatic packing system, conveyor, screw conveyor, wind conveyor, water treatment system, dust collection system and electric control system etc.
